Prem's Seafood Bar & Grill

3 of us dined for lunch today while exploring the Devonport area. Had to try this little cafe out and they did not disappoint at all. The service staff were kind, attentive and knew their product inside and out. The chefs stepped it up a notch on that. Fresh seafood prepared brilliantly, and we were all satisfied. The chowder was superb and the scallop entree/main had a sauce that complemented the super fresh tassie scallops just perfectly. Definitely the highlight for me personally. If you love good food and fresh seafood hit them up Thanks guys merry Xmas!

Seriously the best meal we've had during our trip in Tasmania! The seafood was perfectly cooked and the flavours were amazing.

We enjoyed a wonderful family evening at The Elegance Lounge Seafood Bar & Grill, beautifully enhanced by the stunning Christmas décor, which created a warm and festive atmosphere. The seafood was exquisitely prepared, with a perfect balance of flavors,clean, fresh, and never overpowering. We especially enjoyed the signature cocktails, including the festive Jingle Bells and the refreshing Passionfruit Martini, which were perfectly crafted. For entrées, the Crayfish Ceylon, Mushroom Arancini, and Sea Sizzle Octopus were highlights, each dish full of flavour and beautifully presented. Our mains, the classic Chicken Parma and the impressive Sea Dragon Sizzle, were equally delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, complemented by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service remained prompt and professional. We highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking an exceptional seafood dining experience, especially during the festive season.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly balances laid back comfort with a lively, stylish vibe. The food was exceptional ; beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with care using quality ingredients. Every dish was memorable, and the drinks paired perfectly with the meal. The signature Crayfish Ceylon and the classic chicken parma really stood out, both easily among the best I’ve had. What truly sets Elegance apart is the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure our group felt well looked after throughout the night. It’s rare to find a bar and grill that combines excellent hospitality with great food, drinks, and ambiance so effortlessly ; and the Elegance team do exactly that. Popped in with friends for a quick dinner as we didn't have much time and really enjoyed our meal. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was served in good time despite being relatively busy so we didn't feel rushed to eat. Would definitely recommend. Food was delicious and well priced.

For my last night at tassie decided to come here for dinner. There was beautiful decor , i Was welcomed by friendly staff and where very helpful with whatever i needed. The food was amazing and beautifully presented, i just managed to squeeze in some dessert. I would highly recommend this place. From you friendly Sydney visitor.
